Two Cities, Two Weddings - London & Philadelphia

We often get involved with couples who are having more than one celebration for one reason or another - it is such a great source of inspiration for designs, so we were delighted when Kristen got in touch having seen our London Taxi invitations with the brief to design something similar for their USA wedding in Philadelphia.

Wedding Invitations for Two Events

The two designs use the same style & format but with different layouts and graphics to reflect the two cities. The Philadelphia design using the landmarks of the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall as the motifs to decorate the cards. Both designs also use the same font for the couples names but slightly different secondary fonts to better reflect the style of the overall invitation.

Matching Invitation Sets for Destination Weddings

Both Invitation sets were designed to be tied with twine to create a bundle incorporating the Invitation, Information Card and RSVP alongside an RSVP envelope. We also love the Letterpress antique gold here, it really suits the design, letterpress metallic inks can be a little hard to work with but really suit large areas of solid as its there that the slight shine and glimmer of the metallic inks come through!

Comment From the Bride

Wolf & Ink designed two sets of invites for each side of our transatlantic wedding, and we were delighted with them individually and as a set. The quality of the designs and stationery were excellent, and we were so pleased to have invites that perfectly aligned with the look and feel of our events. Thank you!
