Samples

Please note that samples may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process.

Colours & Variations

Please be aware that colours will appear differently on screen than they will when printed. Due to the organic nature of letterpress marginal variation can occur in ink colour throughout the run, we will endeavour to minimise the variation, however there may be a small variation in tone across the length of the run. 

Press set-up, plates, ink and paper can all result in small variations. Minor differences in texture, colour, size and positioning can sometimes occur and do not constitute a fault or a refund. Colour samples are offered as a guide only we cannot guarantee a colour match between ink runs or paper / card runs as all our products are handmade.

Details

Wolf & Ink will treat all of the details and information you provide us with with absolute care. We will never share your personal information with outside parties, but may occasionally contact you with details of Wolf & Ink news using your email address.

Supply

Wolf & Ink stationery is supplied unformed as standard including wax seals, pocketfolds and folding bundles.

Promotion

We reserve the right to use any stationery we create for you to promote our products and services.

Copyright

All designs are the copyright and property of Wolf & Ink. Neither you, nor a third party, may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way. It is your responsibility to obtain permission for any copyright material, for example hymns or poems that are to be printed in any bespoke stationery.

Payment

We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value, at the time you place your order with Wolf & Ink. Balance is due on approval of visual proofs, prior to print production. Should an order be cancelled, we must be paid in full for any work that is either in progress or completed.

Proof Approval

You are responsible for the proof reading of all text and copy in the pdf proofs supplied. We will not begin print production until we have received written sign off from you that you are happy to proceed with the proofs as supplied. Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer input or typographical errors. When your final proof is approved you accept responsibility for any errors.

Bespoke Returns

We only make refunds and exchanges if goods are faulty. Your complete stationery order must be returned to us, in its entirety. If your stationery if it is deemed to be faulty we will correct or replace your stationery with the same, or, if it is not possible to resupply your stationery with the same we will offer an alternative or similar replacement.

Wolf & Ink will offer you a refund for the amount paid for the faulty part of your order if we are unable to correct or replace your stationery. We will only offer a full refund if the order is faulty in its entirety.

Printing tolerances

0.25pt is considered the minimum thickness achievable for line and marks for the plate processing. Marks smaller than this may be lost during the plate processing, please be aware of this if using a small font with punctuation details.

International Shipping

International shipping quotes are available on request, and will vary dependent on the weight of your parcel and timeframe of the courier. Wolf & Ink are not responsible for any courier delays. Wolf & Ink are not liable for any additional import or customs charges or delays, that may be payable for international shipping.
