Design Brief
The brief for David & Peter's wedding was to create something fun & masculine that incorporated their amazing wedding venue, Tower Bridge. The design was created to give the guests little hints about what was planned for the the big day & make the most of letterpress impression.

HINTS ABOUT THE BIG DAY...
The Save the Date features Tower Bridge as the main Illustration (where the wedding ceremony was to be held) and also incorporates a few little hints and symbols about the day. Eros / Cupid features in the design not only to symbolise love but also as a nod to reception venue, located at Piccadilly Circus where the statue of Eros stands in London. The London bus also tells the guests a little more about the day - as a vintage Routemaster was the transport between wedding venues!
COLOUR THEME & STYLE
The wedding invitation has a fun informal style and layout to reflect the style of their wedding day. The striking grey & orange colour scheme, paired with a navy envelope, was purposefully masculine, as so much wedding stationery is designed to cater for a female tastes!
The Invitation design also includes a quirky 'The Day' card with a timeline for the event including completely uniques personalised symbols - It's one of our favourites, it was such fun to design and really reflects David & Peter.
