For our London Wedding, we had two amazing venues, Somerset House and Brunswick House. Both sit right on the river, lucky or planned (who knows), but it meant we could get a boat between the two!

The boat was a wedding surprise for our guests - we didn’t tell them it was happening beforehand. Just that transport would be provided between the two venues.

I based the London Skyline design on our trip showing the river frontage from Brunswick House to Tower Bridge.

We used the same London Skyline Graphic for our Save The Date.

The boat picked us up from Somerset House (luckily there is a pier right outside) then headed down river to Tower Bridge before turning around and heading back up river past the Shard, Oxo Tower, Tate Modern, South Bank, London Eye, Houses of Parliament and the Tate Britain before dropping us at Millbank to walk to Vauxhall.

Only two or three guests actually guessed we were getting a boat, so it was a great surprise on the day with most of them really excited. Here are some photos from the day.
